Family, is "a" part of the Key to Happiness

There is little doubt that Family structure as we know it in 2016, is being challenged. What used to be recognized as a Family: Husband (Male), Wife (Female), Children (male or female), maybe a pet dog or cat or fish or some combo. Is being re-defined as I write this Blog. It is not for me to judge what another person does. It is for me to determine what "Works" in my family dynamic. Since the "Dawn of Time" when The Creator spoke: "Let there be Light" it has been challenged and assaulted by all forms of Government and all types of People: "What is Family" and "Is IT Important?" My PERSONAL Humble Belief is: Family, is OUR starting point. It began with the First MAN and First Woman, and they had sexual relations with each other and a child was born. Since that time, Billions of children have been birthed, and thus our world population. There IS no other way, NATURALLY, for this to happen. It begins with attraction, Male to Female, and consummates in sexual relations, or "I Feel Like Making Love." I never thought I would read, let alone write that phrase. BUT, if it is manufactured, built to specification like some "New Model Car" where is the excitement of newly informed parents that they are with child. The excited emotional reality of "Becoming" parents, starting a "Family". Have we become so controlling that we need to "Place our Order" to "Our Specification" of what we want in a new child? I have just celebrated 21 years of Marriage with my Wife, and YES, she is a female. Absolutely, and uncontested, she is a beautiful woman. My gift FROM My Creator. WE have 4 children: 3 males and 1 female. This is OUR Family. I have decided I need to spend more time with my family, so we are planning on traveling and visiting as many State and National Parks this summer as we can. We will be Blogging and posting Video of the places we have visited. As we go, we hope to connect with each other more closely and appreciate each other's opinion and beliefs. How to save when you think you can't.

If you are like me, you notice things are getting more expensive. If you have children like, you find the necessity to save as much as you can. They eat alot!

I have had to cut my monthly expensies way back because my income is mainly Social Security Disability Income (My years of employment taxes to SSDI barely cover our needs, not to mention the GOVT has not granted the Cost of Living increase because the cost of living hasn't increased... if you believe that, I want to sell you beachfront property in Arizona- no I mean the salt water type beachfront property).

How to deterine the savings areas is easy, the hard part is following through with the cuts. The following example may help:

Monthly recurring bills:
-Rent/Mortgage
-Utilities: Electric, Gas, Telephone, Water, Sewer, Trash
-Cell phone, Internet, Cable/Satelite
-Vehicle: Payments, Insurance, Fuel, Maintenance
-Credit Cards, Loans
-Food
-Investment/Savings/Retirement Accounts
-Entertainment, Clubs, Socializing

The first thing is to decide what is "Necessity' and what is "Want"? Write down all your bills, organize them into these two areas. Then look hard at the summary of the bill and notice all the areas of charges, eliminate the ones taht cost you to keep- high interest or payments with service charges. Credit cards is the most costly areas that can give the quickest savings. Entertainment is another area, do you need to do this as much as you currently do? Are there cheaper ways to have fun and save at the same time? Can you reduce the monthly usage of Utilities? Changing lightbulbs (you might get an energy savings pac from the Utility company you use- call and ask them). Cut back on your cell phone minutes required in your plan, use email more, or answer voicemail after the nighttime minutes start. Check your insurance rates every year for savings, no tickets or accidents then where are your savings? Increase the deductable because a bumper is expensive but you can get by without replacing it. You may be surprised to see the savings for an incarease from $250 deductable to $500.

To save on food costs, talk with family and friends, start a savings team. We can save a great deal weekly, and monthly by just buying consummables and dividing with friends. 36 rolls of toilet paper for $16, divided by 10 family and friends, will save you money and get you better toilet paper. Rice, buy 25 lbs for $16.00, divided by 10, is 2.5 lbs at $1.60 instead of just 1 pound at WalMart for about $3.65.

If you cut down the driving by sharing trips with family or friends, you can save huge on Fuel. The maintenance at the end of the year will be lower also.

Clothing can be augmented by Thrift stores visits, or Special sales shopping. I have noticed many stores offering more than 50% off at times. Save your money and buy then. Yard sales, Flea markets, Garage sales also save. Craig's List can give you a quick guide to these each weekend.

Invest in precious metals is better than Stocks and Mutuals right now. BUt always watch the markets. You trade paper dollars that have no precious metal backing for the precious metals and you will quickly find an investment that is less volatile and more exciting than stocks.

These are just a few ways, all you need is a desire to save, a plan, and then discipline to carry it out! The best part is you can start today, adjust tomorrow, and save all year!

Declaration of Rights- Redux

In 1765, the American Colonists were already chaffing at the demands of the British Crown. They were coming to a realization that they were in fact endentured servants at the mercy of a monarch 3,000 miles away. The over-burdensom taxation without representation had finally forced the Continental Congress to be called.

James Otis of Massachusetts on June 8, 1765 requested they meet in New York on October 19, 1765. On that day, only 9 delegates met. The delegates from New Hampshire, North Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia did not come. With limited authority only 6 colonies signed the Declaration of Rights.

DECLARATION OF RIGHTS
The members of this congress, sincerely devoted, with the warmest sentiments of affection and duty to His Majesty's person and government, inviolably attached to the present happy establishment of the Protestant succession, and with minds deeply impressed by a sense of the present and impending misfortunes of the British colonies on this continent; having considered as maturely as time would permit, the circumstances of said colonies, esteem it our indispensable duty to make the following declarations, of our humble opinions, respecting the most essential rights and liberties of the colonists, and of the grievances under which they labor, by reason of several late acts of Parliament.

1st. That His Majesty's subjects in these colonies owe the same allegiance to the crown of Great Britain that is owing from his subjects born within the realm, and all due subordination to that august body, the Parliament of Great Britain.

2d. That His Majesty's liege subjects in these colonies are entitled to all the inherent rights and privileges of his natural born subjects within the kingdom of Great Britain.

3d. That it is inseparably essential to the freedom of a people, and the undoubted rights of Englishmen, that no taxes should be imposed on them, but with their own consent, given personally, or by their representatives.

4th. That the people of these colonies are not, and from their local circumstances cannot be, represented in the House of Commons in Great Britain.

5th. That the only representatives of the people of these colonies are persons chosen therein, by themselves; and that no taxes ever have been or can be constitutionally imposed on them but by their respective legislatures.

6th. That all supplies to the crown, being free gifts of the people, it is unreasonable and inconsistent with the principles and spirit of the British constitution for the people of Great Britain to grant to His Majesty the property of the colonists.

7th. That trial by jury is the inherent and invaluable right of every British subject in these colonies.

8th. That the late act of Parliament entitled, "An act for granting and applying certain stamp duties, and other duties in the British colonies and plantations in America, etc.," by imposing taxes on the inhabitants of these colonies, and the said act, and several other acts, by extending the jurisdiction of the courts of admiralty beyond its ancient limits, have a manifest tendency to subvert the rights and liberties of the colonists.

9th. That the duties imposed by several late acts of Parliament, from the peculiar circumstances of these colonies, will be extremely burthensome and grievous, and, from the scarcity of specie, the payment of them absolutely impracticable.

10th. That as the profits of the trade of these colonies ultimately center in Great Britain, to pay for the manufactures which they are obliged to take from thence, they eventually contribute very largely to all supplies granted there to the crown.

11th. That the restrictions imposed by several late acts of Parliament on the trade of these colonies will render them unable to purchase the manufactures of Great Britain.

12th. That the increase, prosperity, and happiness of these colonies depend on the full and free enjoyment of their rights and liberties, and an intercourse, with Great Britain, mutually affectionate and advantageous.

13th. That it is the right of the British subjects in these colonies to petition the king or either house of Parliament.

Lastly, That it is the indispensable duty of these colonies to the best of sovereigns, to the mother-country, and to themselves, to endeavor, by a loyal and dutiful address to His Majesty, and humble application to both houses of Parliament, to procure the repeal of the act for granting and applying certain stamp duties, of all clauses of any other acts of Parliament whereby the jurisdiction of the admiralty is extended as aforesaid, and of the other late acts for the restriction of the American commerce.

Just 11 years later there patience had finally come to an end, culminating in the "Declaration of Independence" July 4th, 1776. Not many people remember the Declaration of Rights, I had never heard of it until 2008, when I started studying more about The Declaration of Independence, The U.S. Constitution, and The Bill of Rights.

The fact is that 11 years was patiently endured while a "long train of abuses" was finally reached and dealt with honestly and with integrity. The Founding Fathers wisely stated:

"When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation."

They had patiently collected the proof of abuses perpetrated by the British Crown, they had the legal recourse they needed to finally declare America a free and sovereign nation. The Founders went on to say:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world."

Have we patiently endured the usurpation? Have we made every attempt to file a "Redress of Grievances"? Are we with humility reaching out for a hearing in our complaints? Has the current government considered our concerns? For the last 100 plus years, a quite infiltration of our government has been taking place. The final culmination is the current Obama administration with disregard to Constitutional correctness, a usurpation of the Rights of We The People.

Obama has surrounded himself with idealogues, the obvious direction of their mutual agenda is Socialism, although they call it Democracy. The fact is that America is a Republic not a democracy. Our Constitution sets the direction of America, the elected representatives swear an Oath of Office to uphold the Constitution and yet we see these consistant abuses of authority. They set up agencies to regulate commerce without Constitutional authority. They appoint judges based on Party agenda not experience or fidelity to the Constitution. The 112th Congress even after the November 2010 elections has compromised their position for the sake of "Bi-Partisan" efforts. The obvious collusion between these Parties only exaccerbates the issues of UnConstitutional adherence from both Parties on the Hill.

What shall we say further, what shall we do to correct this obvious usurpation of Constitutional authority of We The People? Is Revolution called for? Do the hearts of Americans have True Fidelity to the Constitution, to Patriotism, and to each other, to undertake such a Revolution?

I answer: NO! (In my Patriotic but humble opinion) The heart of Americans has grown cold. They have no True fidelity, no real Patriotism, no regard for each other- they are too concerned with their individual "Status Quo". They have not realized the perilous position this nation is in. At anytime, the current administration can call forth United Nations Mercenary soldiers to enforce a manufactured state of Martial Law to bring to ultimate fruition the decline of Americanism. All the pieces are in place:

"All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." (Sir Edmund Burke)

I am open to changing my position, if only someone would give me evidence that I am wrong!

Deliver US from Evil!

We never know what tomorrow will hold. I just read an article by Patriot and Rock and Roll great Ted Nugent in the Washington Times, he said, "There is evil among us. Always has been, always will be." Ted I couldn't agree with you more.

Since this is proven to us daily as we look around us, read the newspapers and magazines, watch the TV and Cable news, and spend time on the Internet- it is undeniable that truly Evil IS among us. The question is, "How do we prepare for the inevitable EVIL in society?"

We have several options:
1. Hope the Authorities catch the Evil first.(Not likely, there is more Evil than Authorities to handle it.)

2. Hope the Evil goes past us without effecting US.(Evil is like a hungry lion, it can smell the fear and will attack it quickly.)

3. Hope someone else stops the Evil before it reaches our door.(WHO!?)

4. Make believe Evil isn't there, maybe the Boogie Man will just dissappear.(Even Ostriches get eaten- just because they hide their heads in the sand it doesn't mean the Evil/Lion won't eat it.)

5. Dial 911, and hope for no busy signal.(What about telephone lines down, cell phone dead zones- no pun intended, or dispatchers asking too many questions before dispatching help?)

6. Yell, scream for help. (Again, WHO do you think will come running??)

7. Pray before the Evil comes: In my humble opinion this one works best.

23:1 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. 3 He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no EVIL, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

There is a time to fight and a time to pray. The time to fight is after you have prayed because you may be fighting for your life- prayer covers and eliminates the FEAR of death. EVIL is determined to destroy you, take all you have, and leave you bloodied and beaten. GOD, on the other hand, has and does do everything to SAVE you and bring you to a glorious end.

Here is another way to Deliver US from EVIL:

Matthew 6:9-13 Jesus Christ said the following:
9 .) After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10.) Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11.) Give us this day our daily bread. 12.) And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13.) And lead us not into temptation, but DELIVER US FROM EVIL: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

So when Evil threatens US, we have taken the necessary steps to prepare ourselves: Spiritually, mentally, and physically. That means: Spiritually- we seek God's Providential Protection just as our Founding Fathers did, Mentally- we learn as much as we can about the EVIL before it comes- by reading, research and asking questions (and getting answers to those questions), Physically- we get healthy, we get the necessary equipment to be prepared, we build friendships of likeminded individuals who will stand with us against the EVIL.

There is no doubt things in America, and in the World are getting worse. My best advice is "Be Prepared", take the time to consider where you stand in the grand scheme of things. The Founders prayed often and asked The God of Nature's Law for Divine Protection and Providence. As they prayed, they prepared each other to the dangers they would be faced with. They had no illusions that everything would turn out the way they thought it should, they just made sure they put their trust in the ONE that knew what the outcome would be, especially since it was according to HIS Eternal Plan. So my prayers are for GOD, the GOD of our Founding Fathers, to Deliver us from EVIL, and to allow US to walk through the Valley of Death with no effect from EVIL.

May 2011 bring blessings and strength to all Patriots in America, and the World. God bless us and keep us.

Sinners in the Hands of an angry God- Summary

The Day is at Hand. It is high time for The Church to wake from sleep and once again join the fray. The moral decline of the last 60 years is fast gaining momentum- people do what is right in their own eyes, because they have lost faith in God's Church. So many corrupt minsters and clergy- all denominations have been infected with immorality. The facts don't lie, it is there if you wish to do the research.

I am evaluating my own life- My conclusion- carnality, is the word that comes to mind because of laziness, unthankfulness, and discontent- NOT God's fault but my own. I have put off the Best to enjoy the good. God always wants the Best for His children. There is Good, Better, and Best! It is up to us to choose the Best. I will endeavour to spend more (much more) time in prayer, in The WORD, and in Fellowship with Beleivers. Please note, I have had aweful experience with Church from 1989 to the Present BUT have concluded, I must be involved with other Believers (Hebrews says to NOT forsake the gathering of the Saints as is the custom of some).

The below summary of this old sermon is worth reading and praying about for application in ones life, earthly and Eternally!

Most of the sermon's text consists of eleven "considerations". They are as follows:

1.God may cast wicked men into hell at any given moment.
2.The Wicked deserve to be cast into hell. Divine justice does not prevent God from destroying the Wicked at any moment.
3.The Wicked, at this moment, suffer under God's condemnation to Hell.
4.The Wicked, on earth - at this very moment - suffer the torments of Hell. The Wicked must not think, simply because they are not physically in Hell, that God (in Whose hand the Wicked now reside) is not - at this very moment - as angry with them as He is with those miserable creatures He is now tormenting in hell, and who - at this very moment - do feel and bear the fierceness of His wrath.
5.At any moment God shall permit him, Satan stands ready to fall upon the Wicked and seize them as his own.
6.If it were not for God's restraints, there are, in the souls of wicked men, hellish principles reigning which, presently, would kindle and flame out into hellfire.
7.Simply because there are not visible means of death before them, at any given moment, the Wicked should not, therefore, feel secure.
8.Simply because it is natural to care for oneself or to think that others may care for them, men should not think themselves safe from God's wrath.
9.All that wicked men may do to save themselves from Hell's pains shall afford them nothing if they continue to reject Christ.
10.God has never promised to save us from Hell, except for those contained in Christ through the covenant of Grace.

We find it easy to tread on and crush a worm that we see crawling on the earth, so 'tis easy for us to cut or singe a slender thread that any thing hangs by, thus easy is it for God when he pleases to cast his enemies down to Hell. . .

They are now the objects of that very same anger and wrath of God that it is expressed in the torments of Hell: and the reason why they don't go down to Hell at each moment, is not because of God, in whose power they are, is not then very angry as he is with many of those miserable creatures that he is now tormenting in Hell, and do there feel and bear the fierceness of is wrath. Yea God is a great deal more angry with great numbers that are now on earth, yea doubtless with many that are now in this congregation, that it may be are at ease and quiet, than he is with many of those that are now in the flames of Hell.

So that it is not because God is unmindful of their wickedness, and doesn't resent it, that he doesn't let loose his hand and cut them off. God is not altogether such an one as themselves, tho' they may imagine him to be so. The wrath of God burns against them, their damnation don't slumber, the pit is prepared, the fire is made ready, the furnace is now hot, ready to receive them, the flames do now rage and glow. The glittering sword is whet, and held over them, and the pit hath opened her mouth under them. . .

Unconverted men walk over the pit of Hell on a rotted covering, and there are innumerable places in this covering so weak that they won't bear their weight, and these places are not seen. The arrows of death fly unseen at noon-day, the sharpest sight can't discern them. God has so many different unsearchable ways of taking wicked men out of the world and sending 'em to Hell, that there is nothing to make it appear that God had need to be at the expense of a miracle, or go out of the ordinary course of his Providence, to destroy any wicked man, at any moment. . . .

So that thus it is, that natural men are held in the hand of God over the pit of Hell, they have deserved the fiery pit, and are already sentenced to it, and God is dreadfully provoked, his anger is as great towards them as to those that are actually suffering the executions of the fierceness of is wrath in Hell, and they have done nothing in the least to appease or abate that anger, neither is God in the least bit bound by any promise to hold 'em up to one moment; the Devil is waiting for them, the flames gather and flash about them, and would fain lay hold on them, and swallow them up; the fire pent up in their own hearts is struggling to break out; and they have no interest in any mediator, there are no means within reach that can be any security to them. In short, they have no refuge, nothing to take hold of, all that preserves them every moment is the mere arbitrary will, and un-covenanted un-obliged forbearance of an incensed God. . . .

The bow of God's wrath is bent, and the arrow at your heart, and strains the bow, and it is nothing but the mere pleasure of God, and that of an angry God, without any promise or obligation at all, that keeps the arrow one moment from being made drunk with your blood.

What else is there to say? Check yourself, then you can help others. Jesus saith, "I am The Way, The Truth, and The Life, no man comes to The Father BUT by ME!"
