Who does the U.S. Constitution protect??

I just took a New York Times quiz to see how closely I come to agreeing with the U.S. Supreme Court Justices. One question in particular really stressed me out.

Do enemies of the United States that commit acts of war or terror, even though they are not Citizens of our Nation, deserve to be tried in a Civil Court, and do they deserve Constitutional protection?

If you understand what being a Citizen is, what the U.S. Constitution stands for, then you should say NO they don't!

BUT the Justices in all their wisdom say yes they do!!

Then what the hell is the issue of illegal immigration all about? Why not throw open the borders (not like they don't have an open 24 hour sign posted for illegals already). Stop the billions to guard our borders and transfer the money to Welfare to support the illegals. Let every enemy combatant that states a willingness to kill Americans buy or just give them guns to kill us here. Subsidize the ammo expenses for them. Line us up in the streets and let them go at it with their Holy Swords to Allah or whatever deity they worship!

Sound like a rant. If I went to their country and did what some of these did here, I would simply be a memory- wiped out by their form of justice. Try to enter Iran, like the 3 hikers in the news and see what happened to them. They are lucky to be alive. The reason they are alive is the political fall out over the Iran Nuke program. Iran will use this to get every inch of compromise from our government.

BUT when we try to have Justice they say unfair, these men deserve a trial in a Civilian Court. WHAT- they carried out terrorist agendas against our people at home and abroad. When will the B.S. stop?

Not until the True American Patriot stands in unison and takes back Our Country from these socialist donkeys, and institutes a Constitutional government once again.

John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Samuel Adams, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, John Hancock, James Madison, James Monroe....all would rise from the grave and kick the living shit out of these political socialists. Do they have more courage in their dry bones than you??
