Why learning about the U.S. Constitution is vital.

It is very interesting to follow the political news of the day. It seems the parties would rather attack and maul each other than actually get down to what exactly their jobs are in government.

The United States Constitution clearly lays out the limits of our government. First it sets forth the three branches of government: The Legislative, The Executive, and The Judicial. But you ask what exactly are their specific jobs?

The Legislative drafts the laws according to what the People want. I know this is hard to believe but it used to be that the Legislators actually cared about what the People wanted. Today it seems they are more interested in keeping themselves in a perpetual campaign mode. By the way, did you know they earn about $174,000 a year plus benefits and staff. If you realize there are 453 Reprsentatives and 100 Senators, then that number is more than $93,000,000 (that is Billions) in salaries for supposed "Servants" of the People.

The Executive (President) reviews the draft of the proposed law and either votes in agreement or disagrees and goes back for re-draft. The Executive is supposed to have their finger on the pulse of what the People want also- in the current administration, it seems the have their hand around our knoeck instead of on our pulse. That they are more about making America an International ATM rather than a sovereign nation that will, when needed help other countries defend themselves from Tyrants of all levels.

The Judicial (U.S. Supreme Court) is supposed to verify whether the proposed law is Constitutional and passes the test of Constitutionality. Basically they are to make sure the drafts do not violate the Rights of the People as set forth in the Constitution. What we see currently is "Activism" in that The Judicial Branch is drafting it's own laws through Judicial interference. Not allowed in the Constitution.

What to do is the real issue of the day. Try to vote them out and we see Votoer Fraud with early voting, tray to fire them, well they can only be "Impeached".

Impeachment is the process Constitutionally set forth for all elected offices which must be specific to "bad behavior" and is set forth more clearly in the past impeachment trials of several elected individuals throughout our history. You remember Bill Clinton was impeached and yet nothing actually came of it. In fact it elevated him to way above celebrity status- because he beat the system- he was found guilty of lying to the senate by the way! Can you say Blago??

More can be said BUT the issue is morality and ethics. They don't think there is an absolute truth or justice so they lie and cheat and deceive us thru there agenda to stay in office for as long as they can. Wolves eating the best there is and giving us the rotten leftovers.
