RACE- what it is and what it isn't.

RACE, just the sound of the word makes you feel rushed, like maybe you are being left behind or missing out on something. It has been said, "words have power" and I believe it.

From what I can remember from American Studies in University, Racism is derived by man. All the old politicians dating way back to the caveman days had been seeking a way to move the masses in their direction to gain the vote. Well today, nothing stimulates the masses more than when a politician plays the "Race" card- no, not the Horses or Dogs, the Human RACE card.

The people become polarized, tempers flare, name calling is a norm, claims of inequality rain down like a hurricane. BUT, all this is an attempt to be herded by the old political movers and shakers. Their goal is to manipulate and control the country from atop their modern day Mount Olympus. The President, Senate, Congress, Reprsentatives, Agencies, Bureaus, Aristocracy, Corporatocracy's and maybe the most shamefull group of all- Supreme Court Justices that call right wrong and wrong right.

This government of the United States of America was formed to give Equal Rights and Equal Access to all BUT it doesn't mean a FREE ride. It means Justice and Liberty. Just because you had a rough life growing up and were forced to live in a ghetto or had a good life and lived in a mansion, doesn't make you better- it is your CHOICE to make your life better. History is replete with stories of people of all walks of life making a better way for themselves. They are self-motivated, they are self-critical, they are self-conscious, they are driven by excellence, an excellence that is within all of us. We are the only one that can extinguish the GREATNESS hidden within each of us by our CREATOR.

The Supreme Being, Divine Providor, Creator God- He implanted a seed in each of us. He brings the rain and the summer, the blessings and the trials to teach us about ourselves. For it is when we truly know ourselves that we finally accomplish what we were created for. We are all Human and derived from the Human Race. I did not spring forth from an Amaeba, I was specifically created to bring Glory to God by my actions on this Earth.

You may act like a monkey, a dog or a fish if you choose, BUT don't force me into the lineage of a lesser lifeform- that is to steal the dignity inherent in me from birth. I am created at the top of the food chain- God said so.

You are too! So why not wake up and seize the day! Change your way of thinking and change your destiny.
